About the Role

The Career Services Coordinator will contribute to and monitor the quality of the student academic experience, support campus administrative functions, and uphold college standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and monitor the quality of the student academic experience
• Support the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience
• Act in a manner that upholds the College’s standards
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Experience in Talent Acquisition
• One to three years of office experience in a service-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Experience in a Private Career College environment and event preparation will be considered an asset

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience training or coaching people to prepare resumes and to be ready for job interviews
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
