About the Role

This role is pivotal in the successful integration of newly acquired companies into AVEVA. You will partner with Integration Managers and cross-functional leaders to drive the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role involves designing and executing change strategies, assessing organizational impacts, engaging stakeholders, and supporting clear communications to guide employees through the integration journey.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the change management plan aligned to integration milestones.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into specific change actions.
  • Identify risks, resistance points, and readiness gaps, and create mitigation plans.
  • Define and track change success measures and provide regular updates.
  • Build stakeholder maps and engagement plans for leaders, managers, and impacted teams.
  • Coach leaders and people managers on change expectations and reinforcing new ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops and listening sessions to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate the development of adoption materials.
  • Support the planning and coordination of training delivery.
  • Gather post-feedback and refine enablement approaches based on adoption data.
  • Contribute to integration updates and employee guidance materials.
  • Help ensure key messages are clear, consistent, and timed to major integration milestones.
  • Maintain and update practical resources such as FAQs and "what's changing" summaries.
  • Support initiatives that help teams align on decision-making, collaboration norms, and operating rhythms.
  • Help create mechanisms to capture and address employee concerns.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in change management and/or transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption for process and technology changes in a complex organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; confident working with leaders and managers.
  • Solid written communication skills (able to produce clear, practical employee guidance).
  • Prior M&A integration experience (acquirer or acquired side) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with change frameworks and practical application is preferred.
  • Change management certification is a plus.
  • Successful applicants must undergo and pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check.
