About the Role
Corient is seeking a motivated individual to support the Head of Technology Strategy in operationalizing the technology roadmap and executing key initiatives. This role involves partnering with technology leaders, managing special projects, and ensuring alignment between technology and business strategies to drive results and simplify lives.
Responsibilities
- Support the operationalization and execution of the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Track progress, analyze performance data, and provide insights for key cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate strategic objectives into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate select non-tech special projects.
- Serve as a trusted partner to technology leaders below the CTO level.
- Prepare execution updates and materials for leadership meetings and manage follow-ups.
- Draft briefing notes, summaries, and executive reports.
- Support technology budget annual planning and forecasting cycles.
- Drive cost optimization and efficiency by monitoring spending and identifying savings.
- Manage technology vendor coordination, including contract tracking and renewal calendars.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting and analysis.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design efforts.
- Help establish governance routines for initiative prioritization and resource allocation.
- Maintain operating artifacts such as decision logs and risk registers.
- Act as a coordination point between the Head of Technology Strategy and technology leadership.
- Bridge business operations and technology delivery for seamless client and internal experiences.
- Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to implement data governance and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate efforts between Salesforce and Addepar teams to improve visibility and adoption.
- Collaborate with technology leaders to execute and refine onboarding playbooks for new acquisitions.
- Track technology dependencies and identify data and infrastructure requirements for post-acquisition integration.
- Maintain integration issue logs and escalate recurring bottlenecks.
- Capture integration learnings and feed improvements back into playbooks.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive experience driving technology operations, strategy, and transformation.
- Experience preferably from a consulting and FinTech/Technology background.
- Hands-on experience running complex cross-functional initiatives from end to end.
- Strong background in designing and implementing operational processes, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Highly collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to align diverse teams.
- Solid business and technical acumen; capable of translating complex technology concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
- Exposure to budgeting, vendor management, or large-scale integration is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
