About the Role

As a Risk Modeling Services P&C - Senior Manager, you will analyze and manage financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis. Responsibilities

  • Lead actuarial services projects to analyze and manage financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management, enhancing their internal controls.
  • Utilize advanced statistical analysis software to generate insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement risk models to support financial risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with multi-level teams to solve complex problems and drive project success.
  • Coach and motivate teams to deliver quality results and maintain operational excellence.
  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations.
  • Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Direct teams through challenging and uncertain situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or Mathematical Statistics.
  • At least 6 years of experience.
  • At least one of the following: Fellow of Society of Actuaries or equivalent; certification requirement may be waived if the selected individual has more experience in the relevant field.

Salary/Compensations

  • $119,000 - $299,930
  • For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000.
