About the Role
The Head of Data & Analytics is responsible for leading and managing the Data department, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and capability development. This role aims to embed a data and effectiveness culture through collaboration with other business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Grow and evolve the data department, driving revenue, profit growth, and capability development.
- Manage financial aspects of the team, including revenues, costs, profitability, and technology expenses.
- Set the strategic direction for the data team and lead with inspirational leadership and effective people management.
- Identify and resolve blockers to individual progression within the team.
- Oversee the development of bespoke products and tools to maintain market differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying custom data and measurement solutions.
- Represent the company's data expertise to the wider industry.
- Lead the data and measurement response in new business pitches.
- Champion a positive, collaborative culture to embed effectiveness throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Consider the needs and challenges of other business areas to benefit their development and the agency as a whole.
- Anticipate future business and client needs, identifying and leading solutions for future readiness.
- Collaborate with other members of SLT on agency workstreams, championing change and transformation.
- Contribute to the company's DEIB change agenda.
