About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage Midmarket and Enterprise clients from initial contact to successful project completion (no cold calling).
• Advise companies on software solutions and collaborate on tool implementation.
• Coordinate all aspects of collaboration, including proposals, execution, and long-term client support.
• Work closely with developers and the management team.
• Identify new opportunities and build long-term, trusting client relationships.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
• Enjoy customer contact and have a genuine interest in social sustainability.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and confident demeanor.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and potentially CRM systems.
