About the Role

Serve as the primary commercial finance point of contact for the Chief Operating Officer, providing expertise in commercial finance, global cost and efficiency initiatives, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand the end-to-end process from project creation to closure, providing recommendations for approval and implementation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand the commercial substance of projects.
• Review project contracts, evaluating the accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition and cost allocations.
• Coordinate input from internal global Finance teams and external stakeholders to standardize principles and workflows.
• Lead or support Financial control improvement programs, including operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning.
• Optimize Finance processes using digital capabilities (e.g., Microsoft D365) and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance improvement projects.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Finance platforms (Microsoft D365 or similar).
• Experience in Finance process and systems design, data migration, and reporting strategy.
