About the Role

Embark on a dynamic 24-36 month HR journey, diving into hands-on roles across key areas such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Compensation. In this program, you'll take on actual HR roles within our teams, directly contributing to our strategic objectives and adding value through each rotation. Your rotations will be curated to match your interests with the company's needs, positioning you to make substantial contributions to team goals. With every rotation, you’ll deepen your understanding of human resources, gain vital skills and gather experiences that will foster your professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in the development, implementation, and administration of Human Resources programs, initiatives, and services.
  • Support initiatives by conducting research, due-diligence, and analyzing trends and data.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation and communications in support of various HR processes.
  • Leverage technology and various systems to access and update data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams, key stakeholders and partners.
  • Participate in professional development and networking opportunities, both internally and externally, to increase knowledge and understanding of key HR trends and tools.

Requirements

  • Pursuing post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, human resources) with demonstrated academic excellence.
  • Enjoy working with others, valuing collaboration and engaging in team-oriented projects.
  • Demonstrated innovative ideas and a drive to learn and elevate.
  • Flexibility with a methodical approach and keen eye for detail.
  • Active listener, excellent communicator, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
  • English language proficiency is required for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.

Salary/Compensations

  • Total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $56,710-$85,600.
  • Base salary determined by education, skills, and experience.
