About the Role

This is an existing part-time, onsite position for a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor at Merrithew International.

Responsibilities

  • Teach high-quality group classes and private sessions, delivering exceptional Pilates experiences.
  • Incorporate multiple personal touches throughout classes with your toolbox of options to ensure each client feels supported and valued.
  • Be dependable and prepared for every class and session.
  • Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Actively take feedback and adapt to align with studio standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings to collaborate with the team.
  • Assist with in-studio and off-site events, contributing to community-building efforts.
  • Support a welcoming, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for all clients.
  • Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our studio and the STOTT PILATES® method.

Requirements

  • Current STOTT PILATES® Certification (required).
  • Experience in programming and teaching group classes and private sessions.
  • Reliable access to the studio near Yonge & Bloor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide an exceptional client experience and contribute to building a supportive community.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt.
