This role will translate strategy into execution, foster clarity within the leadership team, and ensure the US organization operates with focus, urgency, and accountability. The position blends strategic thinking, exceptional organization, analytical depth, and hands-on execution, offering the chance to work directly with senior leadership and a co-founder, influence the US business direction, and shape the operating model of a scaling technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the US leadership operating system, establishing and improving the operating cadence.
  • Oversee weekly OKR execution, including tracking progress, identifying risks, clarifying ownership, and driving follow-through.
  • Map US OKRs, owners, dependencies, and milestones to ensure priorities are visible and actionable.
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, reporting, and follow-ups for leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Enhance decision clarity, accountability, and operating rhythm across the US leadership team.
  • Serve as the US CEO's strategic thought partner, acting as a trusted, analytical right hand.
  • Assist the US CEO in prioritizing, making trade-offs, and maintaining focus on high-impact topics.
  • Prepare strategic analyses, recommendations, and executive materials for key internal and external discussions.
  • Contribute to early strategic bets and develop a strong understanding of adoption dynamics and business performance.
  • Align with the US CEO on top priorities and help increase leadership time efficiency.
  • Own strategic discussions and relationship plans with key partners.
  • Build structured views of partnership opportunities, risks, economics, and next steps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional preparation and execution to ensure partner discussions lead to outcomes.
  • Own relationships with at least two key partners over time.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Operations, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and People to achieve priorities.
  • Collaborate directly with the global CEO and the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
  • Identify blockers early, convene relevant stakeholders, and ensure decisions are implemented.
  • Support strategic initiatives, new ventures, and high-priority US projects from definition through execution.
  • Help the organization operate with greater focus, maturity, and clarity.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Chief of Staff, strategic operator, consultant at an MBB firm, co-founder, or equivalent high-ownership role.
  • Experience in a high-quality, well-funded Series A–C technology startup or similarly demanding environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams without losing sight of outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort turning ambiguous questions into clear recommendations.
  • Business and impact orientation, with sound judgment about priorities, trade-offs, and ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating with limited structure and high ambiguity.
  • Agile mindset: able to learn quickly, adapt plans, and move from discussion to action.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a high standard for execution.
