About the Role
Lucid Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for their Developer Platform. This role involves shaping how Lucid integrates with existing customer tools and how its platform opens up through APIs. You will work with a team of PMs, UX Designers, Engineers, and QA Specialists, focusing on both the technical foundation and the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration across UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams.
- Become an expert of and an advocate for our customers, their motivations, goals, and needs.
- Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top-level business metrics.
- Own the roadmap across multiple projects, keeping it anchored to company strategy and communicating priority to relevant stakeholders.
- Own product features and/or themes through their creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development.
- Effectively leverage metrics to understand usage patterns and the effectiveness of features using quantitative analysis to find opportunities for optimization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of leading cross-team platform initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Track record of improving core business and product metrics, especially in B2B SaaS environments.
- Ability to de-risk: can be creative and come up with ways to validate hypotheses quickly.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, enterprise sales reps, solution engineers, executive-level customers, security, internal stakeholders, and end users.
