About the Role

Mint People is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Stewarding Staff to join their team for live events in Dublin. This role offers flexible work opportunities at concerts, sporting events, and festivals, contributing to memorable fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct guests, checking tickets and assisting spectators with seating.
• Manage crowds, ensuring safe movement in concourses, entrances, exits, and seating areas.
• Monitor spectator areas for safety issues, overcrowding, antisocial behavior, or incidents requiring escalation.
• Support entry and exit procedures by managing queues and ensuring efficient and safe spectator flow.
• Follow emergency procedures, including knowing evacuation routes and responding to incidents under supervision.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and acting as a friendly point of contact.
• Enforce venue rules by politely addressing prohibited behavior or items and escalating issues.
• Keep access routes clear, including gangways, stairways, emergency exits, and disabled-access areas.
• Report incidents such as accidents, hazards, medical issues, or security concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous stewarding or event experience is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
• Ability to work well with others in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Smart appearance, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
