About the Role
The B2B Logistics Operations Execution team is responsible for resolving operational incidents and managing operational relationships with strategic customers. The role involves ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs, proactively organizing issue resolution, and optimizing logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
- Proactively organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration with internal departments and customers.
- Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for customers.
- Communicating with customers' operational contacts in German and English to build long-term, trusting collaboration.
- Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with customers.
Requirements
- Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service.
- Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above).
