About the Role

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes to meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role requires versatility and attention to detail, performing tasks such as product assembly, machine operation, material inspection, and process troubleshooting. The Assembly Technician collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Assemble switches, panels, and other components using designated tools and procedures.
Operate and set up laminators, digital presses, die cutters, and paper cutters.
Apply adhesives and perform laminating tasks for material preparation.
Follow blueprints, job specifications, and customer requirements.
Inspect raw materials, overlays, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance on production equipment.
Maintain accurate production records and inventory tags.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace and machinery.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Visual acuity required for detailed inspection and precision assembly tasks.
