About the Role

Engagement Managers are the on-scene leaders who run projects day-to-day, guiding teams through problem-solving processes and ensuring recommendations are practical and cohesive. Requirements

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluency in English and German language is required.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to take initiative and seek out opportunities to learn new skills.
• Creativity to develop novel ideas to solve client problems.
• Aptitude for analytical work, including analyzing large datasets and complex challenges.
