About the Role

Join our team at 555TEN, a luxury residential building in Manhattan, New York, and take your career to the next level. We pride ourselves on providing 5-Star customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general maintenance for residential units and the building, including painting, drywall repair, carpentry work, and light bulb replacements.
• Repair plumbing equipment.
• Maintain the proficiency of fire, life, health, and safety systems.
• Deliver 5-star service to residents, guests, and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with a vocational/technical background.
• At least 2 years of experience with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to perform painting, carpentry, and finish work.
• Experience with fire, life, health, and safety systems.
• Ability to communicate well with residents regarding maintenance requests.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing kitchen and laundry appliances of various brands.
• Experience with heat pumps.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and resident information.
