About the Role

Planet Fitness is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate. This role is crucial for welcoming and assisting members, managing inquiries, and maintaining the club's environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member's needs and respond promptly.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service, answering calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club.
• Deliver prompt, efficient customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Accept payments from customers and provide change and receipts.
• Drive revenue by communicating product benefits and special promotions.
• Answer customer questions regarding business procedures and policies.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
