  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, bringing insights forward to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis, with demonstrated success supporting business partners in a consultative or liaison capacity.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as SQL, Python, etc. and experience translating business questions into structured data queries and analyses.
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering actionable outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment while maintaining strong partner trust.
