About the Role

The Design Admin provides strong administrative and design-based support to the Design team, reporting into Designer/Senior level. This role works collaboratively across design departments and builds relationships with Buying & Technical counterparts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PLM, including uploading tech packs/artworks, colors, setting up BOMS, and training new team members.
  • Handle email and supplier correspondence.
  • Manage samples from development to final stages.
  • Approve trims, strike-offs, artworks, and lab dips.
  • Manage CP.
  • Ensure design and creative areas are presentable and tidy.
  • Perform color palette work, including creation, ordering, and management.
  • Support teams in setting up seasonal Miro boards, building garment range boards, updating boards, and archiving.
  • Sketch into samples/shapes/prints/logos, incorporating color/embroidery/print as directed.
  • Prepare embroidery & artwork packs.
  • Conduct research into competitors and inspirational brands.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including setting up rooms with samples and handlooms.
  • Take accurate notes in meetings.
  • Manage the design tracker.

Requirements

  • Good basic knowledge of competitor & aspirational brands.
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and creative elements.
  • Keen interest in color/print.
  • Excellent CAD skills including Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Mindset to be flexible and resilient to change.
  • Contribute towards a positive creative culture.
  • Organized and proactive.
