About the Role

Our economists apply economic theory, econometrics, and rigorous, data-driven analysis to address pressing competition issues, supporting clients in engaging with authorities and courts. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues on important, complex projects, contributing to expert reports and advising clients. We also carry out projects directly for competition authorities and regulators. E.CA fosters a supportive team environment with a flat hierarchy, allowing you to develop expertise and gain transferable skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of expert economic reports and other submissions.
Advise clients and their legal teams in both transactional and contentious matters.
Carry out projects directly for competition authorities and regulators.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in economics, econometrics, or a related field.
Specific interest in industrial organisation and competition policy.
Strong knowledge of standard statistical software, preferably Stata.
Excellent command of English and German.
German language skills are required.
