Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project management for Bose Studios initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including creative, social, brand, marketing, communications, legal, and agency partners.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, and post-mortems.
  • Serve as the owner and administrator of project management and workflow tools.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operational metrics that provide visibility into team performance and project health.
  • Monitor workload, team capacity, and resource allocation to support effective planning and prioritization.
  • Adapt processes to changing priorities and team growth, allowing for adaptability and evolution over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, content operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing workflows for creative, content, marketing, or production teams.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong expertise in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience supporting content studios, creative agencies, media organizations, or in-house creative teams.
  • Experience managing social media, editorial, video production, or original content workflows.
