About the Role
The Commercial Performance Analyst role supports the transformation of performance reporting and develops new analytical capabilities within the Commercial team. This role delivers insights across the business to shape decisions that maximize performance, turning complex data sets into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, data-led insights that support improved commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Contribution Management, Sales, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into analysis.
- Develop intuitive real-time dashboards and visual tools for stakeholders.
- Provide proactive insight to drive improved commercial decision making and grow IAG Cargo’s contribution.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests and special projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and business intelligence.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a commercial setting.
- Advanced analytical ability with experience building models in Excel or similar.
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Comfortable working with and managing external suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgment based on detailed analysis.
- Ability to drive change identified from analysis and decisions.
- A strong team player with energy and drive to achieve the team’s objectives.
