About the Role
DKB AG is partnering with its sister tech company, Code Factory (CoFa), to build cross-functional teams with an agile and collaborative approach. Employment will be with DKB, offering the stability of a leading bank and the innovation of a tech-driven environment. The role focuses on collaboration and impact.
Responsibilities
- Actively shape the future of the DKB website, support its redesign, and continuously enhance dkb.de and key customer touchpoints.
- Continuously develop the DKB website as a central platform for information and digital sales.
- Prioritize requirements based on impact, critically evaluate them, and translate them into a clear product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into concrete product initiatives.
- Use data and research to understand user behavior, test personalization approaches, and measure impact.
- Help shape a modern, high-performing, and maintainable technology platform with the development team.
- Advance areas such as SEO, accessibility, and technology modernization.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record of developing complex websites, content platforms, or self-service products.
- Ability to structure and articulate business requirements.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
- User-centric approach, balancing user needs with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies.
- Confident in assessing technical dependencies and product decision implications.
- Data- and outcome-driven approach, using KPIs, web analytics, user feedback, and research.
- Ability to bring stakeholders together, facilitate discussions, and make well-founded decisions.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry is ideal.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma is ideal.
- Confident communication in German and English, ideally at B2 level or above.
