About the Role
Work on the transformation of the Lancaster West Estate to create carbon-neutral social housing by 2030, delivering greener, warmer homes and driving meaningful environmental change.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of scoping and managing high-impact decarbonisation projects across the estate.
- Drive forward major sustainability initiatives, including supporting the delivery of the Notting Dale Heat Network, the estate-wide net-zero retrofit programme, and taking homes off gas.
- Maintain control over timelines, budgets, and governance.
- Develop business cases, project plans, risk logs, and exception reports.
- Ensure projects align with environmental objectives.
- Secure funding for projects.
- Use smart technology and data to track carbon reduction and build performance dashboards.
- Champion resident voices by embedding co-design, surveys, and interviews into every stage of delivery.
Requirements
- Strong track record of managing complex projects to completion on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Highly analytical with proven skill in working with figures, statistics, and datasets.
- Excellent communicator skilled in translating complex technical topics into clear reports.
- Ability to present with confidence to diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops.
- Proactive, adaptable problem solver with a genuine commitment to resident co-design.
- Collaborative approach to working with colleagues, contractors, and partners.
- Requires a standard DBS check.

Salary/Compensations
- New hires will start at the minimum of the advertised salary range.
