About the Role
Ohel is seeking an energetic Residence Manager to oversee a residential program serving adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). The ideal candidate is a compassionate, people-oriented leader who can effectively manage a team providing 24-hour support and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the physical, emotional, and medical care of residents
- Maintain the physical plant of the home
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations
- Supervise an interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate services with individuals, families, day program staff, medical providers, and agency supervisors
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Valid NY or NJ driver’s license required
