About the Role
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role focused on planning, prioritizing, and delivering change across the UK market. You will own the infrastructure that keeps the business moving, combining strategic portfolio governance with hands-on cross-functional program delivery. This role offers the scope to build a best-in-class project management function from the ground up in a high-energy brand that is scaling.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the project intake and prioritisation framework for the UK market.
- Build and scale cross-functional PM capability across the business.
- Design and manage a live project pipeline and portfolio governance suite.
- Lead operational readiness across all functions ahead of any new initiative, system change, or store opening.
- Oversee and improve the UK meeting matrix.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards.
- Partner with Copenhagen global teams to represent UK operational needs.
- Drive clear communication and change initiatives across the UK and global organisations.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-site retail or hospitality environment.
- Experience in food & beverage (QSR, coffee, juice, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Internal Joe & The Juice project management experience is also considered.
- Hands-on experience designing and embedding project intake and governance processes.
- Experience with ROI-based business case evaluation and portfolio prioritisation.
- Ability to turn complexity into clarity and make risks and trade-offs visible to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with working across global and local teams is a strong advantage.
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in productivity and reporting tools required.
- Fluent in English.
