About the Role

As a valued member of our café team, you’ll work in a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired environment, seamlessly integrated within our store. Your focus will always be on delivering exceptional quality, outstanding service, and memorable experiences for every guest. With a natural ability to put the customer first and adapt to their needs, you’ll help create a personalised and inspiring café atmosphere rooted in local culture and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, consistently upholding our standards of excellence.
Promoting the café’s values, culture, and concept.
Contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café.

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is a plus—but not essential.
Willing to engage with customers and provide them with good levels of service.
Adaptable & flexible.
Action-orientated.
Good communication skills: A genuine interest in people and actively listening to their needs and perspectives.
Open to learn and seek out development opportunities.
A genuine passion for food, beverages, and the ARKET brand, with a strong desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers.
Comfortable with working flexible / irregular work patterns.
