About the Role
We are seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Croydon branch. This role involves providing a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean up, infection control, and crime scene cleaning. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises.
- Perform biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removals, and trauma and crime scene cleaning.
- Conduct technical cleaning including factory cleans, high-level cleaning, and silo cleaning.
- Work reactively in a fast-paced business where work can change from week to week.
- Participate in an on-call rota (paid at an enhanced rate).
- Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
- Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- May be required to pass a DBS check.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic salary of £26,655 per annum
- £2,000 yearly allowance
- Expected OTE: £35,000 and above per annum
