About the Role
We make almost everything from scratch, so this is a role for a Chef de Partie who has experience working with fresh ingredients and a love for preparing quality dishes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Communicating clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality dishes to guests on time.
Requirements
- Experience in maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food pub or restaurant.
- Willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills.
- Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
