About the Role
As Junior Sous Chef at The George, you will play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality, innovative dishes across the kitchen. You will support the day-to-day management of the operation while helping to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and service.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie within a high-quality restaurant or pub.
- Strong understanding of food trends and the seasonality of produce.
- Creative, detail-focused approach to work.
- Proven ability to support, train, and motivate a kitchen team.
- Solid working knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and compliance procedures.
