About the Role
AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member Relationship Advisor passionate about helping members achieve financial success. This role provides consultative financial guidance, builds strong relationships, and delivers exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-quality service that exceeds member expectations
- Conduct financial wellness reviews and recommend appropriate financial products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective members
- Retain, expand, and acquire consumer and commercial accounts
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities for loans, credit cards, and real estate lending solutions
- Interpret credit bureau reports and assess financial needs
- Contribute to Financial Center lending goals, ensuring accurate and compliant loan documentation
- Partner with internal business lines to drive member acquisition and deepen existing relationships
- Meet or exceed established sales and service goals
- Manage a book of business by scheduling appointments, following up on referrals, and proactively engaging in community outreach and business development
- Demonstrate understanding of AmeriCU’s strategic plan and how your role supports organizational success
