About the Role
You will create the personnel and organizational conditions for our continued growth. You will combine strategic organizational work with pragmatic implementation as a sparring partner for management, a trusted contact for employees and managers, and the owner of our central people processes. You also see administration not as an end in itself: you enjoy consistently simplifying, standardizing, and automating recurring HR tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central and trusted point of contact for employees and managers, supporting leadership, feedback, and development topics, as well as conflicts, changes, and sensitive personnel situations.
- Collaborate with management and the leadership team to evolve our organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities, translating our corporate culture into concrete leadership principles and people processes.
- Proactively identify personnel and organizational areas for action and develop appropriate measures, from individual sparring to workshops and organizational development.
- Translate the company strategy with management and finance into forward-looking personnel planning with the right roles, competencies, and capacities.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for recruiting, from role design and candidate outreach to selection, interviews, and contract signing, managing external partners as needed.
- Oversee our goal-setting, performance, and review cycles, and further develop our career, competency, and development models.
- Support managers with talent and development topics and coordinate salary reviews, bonus processes, and promotions with management and finance.
- Design lean, scalable, and automated people processes, acting as the functional process owner and key user for Personio.
- Establish clear standards, templates, and responsibilities, and ensure administrative tasks are handled efficiently with the support of our team assistant.
- Manage confidential and legally relevant cases in collaboration with management and our external labor law firm.
- Create transparency on relevant people metrics with meaningful reports and dashboards for management and finance.
- Identify capacity bottlenecks, retention risks, and competency gaps, and derive concrete recommendations for action.
