About the Role
As an Installation Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen, you will manage the installation life cycle, including the direction of subcontractors and decisions affecting the financial outcome of the project. We seek dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to going the extra mile for homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
- Ensure all projects are sold in accordance with company policies and financial objectives.
- Determine workflow, project complexity, and identify appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
- Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
- Process project-related paperwork and perform other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel within the location territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
- Successfully complete a background check.
- Successfully complete a drug screen.
