About the Role
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agreement Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for a foundational feature of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. You will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on customer challenges and Docusign's value proposition, identifying priority use cases and improving user adoption. You will provide field teams with insights and resources to close enterprise deals and expand platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end value proposition, differentiated messaging, and customer-facing narrative for Agreement Manager.
- Drive cross-functional GTM launches for new Agreement Manager capabilities, creating product BOM and ensuring operational alignment.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to equip global field and partner teams with necessary resources.
- Uncover customer usage insights and persona pain points to optimize the buyer journey and feed user feedback into the Product Management roadmap.
- Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to build integrated acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns.
- Serve as a core subject matter expert, crafting narratives and delivering presentations for various events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record of managing high-growth products or platform portfolios.
- Experience building and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies.
- Experience creating product launch bills of materials (BOM).
- Experience with sales enablement frameworks for enterprise revenue teams.
- Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations.
- Experience simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- MBA from top tier school or work equivalent (Preferred).
- Deep familiarity with AI (Preferred).
- Continuous learner who actively seeks out new knowledge (Preferred).
- Agile team player who thrives in dynamic environments (Preferred).
- High-ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal direction (Preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Not eligible for employment in Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Salary/Compensations
- California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary
- Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $140,100.00 - $197,925.00 base salary
- Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary
