About the Role
AMD is seeking a Fin Tech GTM Enablement - Financial Services Senior Manager to drive execution and scale within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) vertical. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and strategic accounts, enabling field teams to effectively position AMD’s portfolio across high-performance, low-latency, and AI-driven financial workloads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute vertical-specific GTM strategies for Financial Services aligned with AMD’s data center and AI growth priorities.
- Define target segments and use cases (e.g., low-latency trading, risk analytics, fraud detection, AI/ML inference, market data processing).
- Partner with product and business unit teams to align roadmaps with market needs and customer demands.
- Build and scale enablement programs for global sales, SEs, and partners.
- Deliver playbooks, battlecards, value propositions, and competitive positioning tailored to FSI.
- Equip teams to articulate AMD differentiation vs. competitors in performance per watt, latency, TCO, and AI acceleration.
- Support strategic engagements with tier-1 banks, hedge funds, exchanges, and fintechs.
- Collaborate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs), benchmarking, and solution validation.
- Develop relationships with ISVs, system integrators, and ecosystem partners (trading platforms, market data vendors, etc.).
- Create executive-level content (presentations, whitepapers, demos) for customer and industry engagement.
- Represent AMD at industry specific events (e.g., STAC, FIA, FISD, Quantminds, AI conferences etc…).
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and ROI narratives.
- Track industry trends (e.g., AI in trading, regulatory changes like DORA, cloud vs. on-prem adoption).
- Deliver competitive analysis and actionable insights to refine AMD’s positioning.
- Provide structured feedback to product teams from customer engagements.
- Act as a central bridge between sales, marketing, engineering, and product management.
- Drive alignment across global teams to ensure consistent execution and messaging.
- Influence roadmap priorities based on vertical-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Experience and success designing and operationalizing GTM strategies.
- Experience equipping sales teams with differentiated messaging.
- Experience accelerating adoption across key segments such as capital markets, trading firms, exchanges, and financial data providers.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts in FSI.
- Strong understanding of low-latency systems, HPC, and/or AI/ML workloads.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills (executive-ready content creation).
- Strong program management and cross-functional leadership.
- Analytical mindset with ability to convert market signals into actionable GTM strategies.
- Familiarity with trading infrastructure (market data, order execution, co-location environments).
- Familiarity with compute architectures (CPU, GPU, DPU/NIC acceleration).
- Familiarity with performance optimization concepts (latency, throughput, determinism).
- Ability to translate technical features into business value and competitive differentiation.
- Successful experience achieving increasing pipeline and design wins within Financial Services.
- Successful experience improving sales productivity and win rates in targeted segments.
- Successful experience achieving adoption of proprietary solutions in key FSI workloads and strategic accounts.
- Successful experience in delivery of high-impact PoCs and customer validations.
