About the Role

The Sales Advisor will support the Investor Coverage & Business Development team in key initiatives and client onboarding. This role involves prospect research, content creation, prioritization, relationship building, event support, and driving team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supports team in achieving core KPIs.
  • Builds and maintains dashboards; provides updates against KPIs.
  • Responsible for data quality, dashboards, and pipeline maintenance for Series A client acquisition/market share goals.
  • Liaises with sales ops and CRM data stewards.
  • Supports the production of client-facing events hosted by the team.
  • Coordinates pre and post-event follow-up.
  • Sales campaign coordination.
  • Supports ICBD colleagues with daily client inquiries, including coordinating responses to questions about letters of credit and credit cards.
  • Develops strong relationships with key market constituents and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Engages with prospective clients on due diligence, regulatory, and information completeness requests.
  • Manages data sources/CRM to identify top prospects.
  • Determines potential cross-sell opportunities and pain-points in the sales process.
  • Inputs meeting notes by presenting and aggregating relevant information for calls/visits.
  • Attends client meetings to take detailed notes.
  • Assists team with new business development opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Utilizes Outreach, InMail/ZoomInfo to engage with prospects.
  • Develops and maintains a good understanding of SVB's products to anticipate client needs.
  • Maps strong client events and networks with industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practices.
  • Maintains relationships with clients and other external stakeholders professionally.
  • Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks.
  • Takes ownership of and drives processes, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Adapts to changing demands and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of administrative or other professional experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of administrative or other professional experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative or other professional experience (Preferred)
  • Expert in Pitchbook and Outreach.IO (Preferred)
