About the Role
Join our Global HR Systems team and gain hands-on experience in a global HR transformation project. You will support operational and implementation activities, learn how international HR system rollouts are managed, and contribute to the success of a global HR systems implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support the global rollout of a new HR information system (HRIS) and take ownership of selected implementation tasks.
- Assist with system testing, HR data management activities, and reporting.
- Prepare training materials and support end-user training sessions.
- Support local HR teams with system navigation and troubleshooting common HR-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure high data quality within the HR system environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Initial experience with HRIS systems and digital tools gained through internships or working student positions.
- Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR operations.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English skills.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international environment.
