About the Role
As the Market Segment Leader, you will play a pivotal role in formulating strategies to enhance sales and profits in your designated segment. You will leverage your expertise in product development, business process improvement, and brand management to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability within the assigned market segment.
- Utilize the Product Commercialization Framework (PCF) to drive the development of innovative new products that meet market requirements.
- Identify and execute improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the global organization.
- Strengthen the HDM brand through targeted Marcom activities that resonate with our audience and communicate our values.
Requirements
- Proven experience in market segment management and strategic planning.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products and improving business processes.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Semiconductor, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
