About the Role
Join Wine Rack and inspire every generation to savour the simple joys of life. As a Wine Merchant, you will provide exceptional customer service, receive strong wine education training, and have the opportunity to learn and taste award-winning wines in a fun, flexible store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform POS transactions
- Perform merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
- Meet and exceed shift targets
- Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals
Requirements
- Retail experience is an asset
- Enjoy working in a fun, team environment
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
