About the Role
As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications and ensuring quality control standards are met. This role is crucial for producing engineered components and sub-systems for mission-critical applications in healthcare and advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures
- Inspecting parts for defects or damage
- Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Must be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics
- Must be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn
- Must possess consistent attention to detail
- Must follow safety procedures and guidelines
