About the Role

This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the Evening shift
  • Supervising the delivery of clinical care
  • Providing staff support
  • Conducting investigations and audits as needed
  • Monitoring overall compliance with Parker's policies, procedures, standards and regulations

Requirements

  • New York State RN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
  • Previous experience as an RN in a skilled nursing, assisted living or post-acute setting
  • Previous experience as an RN Supervisor, Manager or Charge Nurse preferred
