About the Role
This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the Evening shift
- Supervising the delivery of clinical care
- Providing staff support
- Conducting investigations and audits as needed
- Monitoring overall compliance with Parker's policies, procedures, standards and regulations
Requirements
- New York State RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
- Previous experience as an RN in a skilled nursing, assisted living or post-acute setting
- Previous experience as an RN Supervisor, Manager or Charge Nurse preferred
