About the Role
This role is instrumental in enabling senior leaders to operate efficiently through exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and proactive administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, market-driven environment. This individual will be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and consistently delivers with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Equally important, we are looking for a team player who understands that great Executive Assistants are essential to keeping the organization running smoothly. While executive support will be the primary focus, the successful candidate will be willing to jump in wherever needed, whether assisting with office operations, employee events, administrative team initiatives, or day-to-day tasks. No task is too small when it contributes to the success of the team and the firm. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering outstanding service, supporting their teammates, and doing whatever it takes to help the firm succeed.
