About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager for Construction (m/f/d) – an Architect or Civil Engineer with a passion for challenging projects. You will manage construction projects through performance phases 1-8, with a focus on phases 6-8: tendering, awarding, and construction supervision. This role involves documentation, finances, coordination, site visits, decision-making, problem-solving, and direct communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Minimum of 2 years, ideally around 3 years, of relevant professional experience in planning, tendering, awarding, and/or construction supervision, preferably with a focus on building renovation or energy-efficient renovation in building construction.
Good knowledge of HOAI (especially phases 6-8), VOB/B, VOB/C, and procurement law.
Experience with specifications, awards, change orders, invoice reviews, and construction processes.
Fluent German language skills (C2) in speaking and writing.
Residency in Berlin or willingness to relocate.
