About the Role
Join a leading German insurance group, the largest automotive insurer in the country, in their new project in Athens. This role offers the chance to enjoy life in Greece while representing a major German industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support customers in automotive insurance matters via phone and email.
- Create insurance quotes for combined policies (liability, accident, property, and legal protection) through cross-selling during customer interactions.
- Process address changes, account modifications, and SEPA mandates, accurately logging contracts into the system.
- Schedule appointments for pension consulting (VORC) and assist customers with registration in the digital self-service portal.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 level, written and spoken).
- Good English skills (minimum B2 level) for internal training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance topics simply.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional during challenging conversations.
- Proficient in Windows, browsers (Chrome), and CRM systems.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Minimum Realschulabschluss/Abitur (or equivalent).
- Valid EU citizenship (EU passport/ID).
