About the Role
Challenger Sports is seeking an Academy Soccer Coach to deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players within Dover United, following a set Challenger curriculum. This role involves coaching recreational and competitive players, leading clinics and games, and communicating with directors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players following a set Challenger curriculum.
- Coach recreational and competitive players throughout the week.
- Coach clinics and games.
- Communicate with the Regional Director and the Club Director on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- Must have experience working with children.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA.

- Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching recreational players is desirable.
