About the Role
Version 1 is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing, passionate 20+ strong Product community within the Transformation Design Group. You will work as a trusted partner to clients, embedding within their teams to build capability and deliver impactful, real-world outcomes for leading public and private sector organizations across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Lead with vision, setting a clear direction and reinforcing it through team discussions, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates.
- Frame problems before solutions by continuously discovering, asking the right questions, and ensuring the team is solving the right problem.
- Champion the user by bringing real user insight into every conversation and decision, ensuring it shapes priorities and trade-offs.
- Collaborate openly across disciplines (design, engineering, data, policy) as true problem-solving partners.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings that lead to clear decisions and shared understanding.
- Drive progress by taking ownership and ensuring the team achieves its goals.
- Deliver with integrity by doing the right thing and having difficult conversations when needed.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
- Typically have resided in the UK for at least 5 years to be eligible for SC clearance.
- Experience working in environments aligned to SFIA and DDaT frameworks is desirable, but not essential.
