About the Role

This role is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful search strategies for ambitious clients, combining data, technology and creativity to drive measurable business outcomes. You will help shape innovative campaigns, build trusted client partnerships and support the continued growth of our Paid Search offering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver paid search strategies and media plans that align with client objectives and commercial goals.
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, App and Demand Gen activity.
  • Create structured test-and-learn programmes with clear hypotheses, measurement frameworks and actionable outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective workflow management, quality assurance and continuous process improvement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear recommendations that inform future strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication, strategic guidance and proactive recommendations.
  • Support, coach and develop Paid Search Executives and Senior Executives, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Experience working with bid management or campaign management platforms such as SA360, Marin or Skai.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence interpreting data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with forecasting, budget management and performance planning.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, alongside strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
