About the Role
The Senior Project Manager/Team Lead will provide consulting services for a multi-use facility healthcare client account, managing projects from initiation through completion. Projects include tenant improvements, decommissions, and capital improvement construction. This is a remote role with potential for 30%-50% regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources and conduct complex requests for proposals, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
- Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
- Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
- Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Anticipate potential objections and persuade others to adopt a different point of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams.
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans.

Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfillment/packing client experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
- Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
- Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
