Responsibilities
- Support lawyers in ongoing mandates at the interface between Corporate and Dispute Resolution.
- Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law issues.
- Assist in drafting pleadings, opinions, statements, and client information.
- Support the preparation of court and arbitration proceedings.
Requirements
- Successfully completed first state examination.
- Professional experience in Corporate law.
- Very good English skills, ideally with international experience.
- Humor and a desire to contribute to mutual success, continuously develop, and improve work outcomes.
