About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the workshop and providing technical leadership to the Berlin workshop and service team. You will ensure the service team is well-equipped for field operations, handle accident repairs, and perform inspections, routine maintenance, and upkeep. You will also manage inventory, workshop, and service staff, proactively identify weaknesses, develop solutions, and optimize infrastructure through project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the workshop and provide technical leadership to the Berlin workshop and service team.
  • Ensure the service team is well-equipped for field operations, including spare parts and tools.
  • Repair accident damage.
  • Perform inspections and routine maintenance and upkeep.
  • Manage inventory, workshop, and service staff.
  • Proactively identify weaknesses and develop solutions.
  • Optimize infrastructure and independently implement projects.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a two-wheeler mechatronics technician/automotive mechatronics technician/mechatronics technician, ideally with a master craftsman's certificate.
  • Work experience with electric scooters is a plus.
  • Reliable and meticulous.
  • Enjoys hands-on work.
  • Strong organizational skills.
